Who we are

M and S Property Capital LLC, commercial licence No. 1647083, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: info@mnspc.ae.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. Your name, organisation, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about a property.
  • Transaction data. Where a transaction proceeds, the identity and source-of-funds documentation required by law, and records of the transaction itself.
  • Technical data. Standard information processed by our hosting and security provider for every request — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — to deliver the site and protect it from attack.
  • Site statistics. Privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics recording aggregate page views and referrers. This does not identify individuals and does not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and assess a property; to complete and record a transaction; to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering, sanctions and record-keeping requirements; to operate and secure this website; and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Marketing

We do not operate a mailing list and do not send marketing communications. Contacting us will not add you to one.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to external counsel and professional advisers under duties of confidentiality; to service providers who host and secure our systems, acting on our instructions; to the Dubai Land Department and other authorities where required to complete a transaction; and to a regulator, court or authority where required by law.

International transfers

Our website and email infrastructure is provided by international service providers, so personal data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that occurs we rely on the provider's contractual data protection commitments and take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are retained only as long as needed to deal with them. Transaction and identity records are retained for the periods required by applicable law, including anti-money-laundering legislation. Technical logs are held briefly for security purposes.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls and multi-factor authentication. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and email should not be assumed to be a confidential channel for sensitive material.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and may object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to info@mnspc.ae. We may need to verify your identity first.
